Tilt Shift. So sick

Bathtub IV from Keith Loutit on Vimeo.

This Time

feels like forever that I haven't seen your face
oh the time escapes our grasps faster than our breathe leaves our body
if only we could take back all the words we said
then maybe we won't be srangers trying hard hard not to break these threads.

maybe this time our lives will be okay
we were never good together, never good together anyway
you see we'll just hurt each other so
i guess this time its okay if i let you go

our heavy hearts still broken since that bitter night
we threw these words like stones breaking every parts
we built this castle only to tear it down
now we're picking up pieces left smashed on the ground

even if for a moment we were together
know that you hadthe very best of me
and i know we will never be the same
know my heart will always be there.

Go Ahead Smile a Little

Stars Will Dance Around Us

As If heaven itself came out tonight
to see lovers as they hold each other tight
all the universe and its bright colors
showing us its majestic splendor

Stars will dance, will dance around us
Telling us were not so alone
Telling us we don't have to be alone

As if a million souls comes passing
A cold wind blows bitter this evening
all we hear the cries it echos
lonely souls trying hard to not let go

Stars will dance, will dance around us
Telling us were not so alone
Telling us we don't have to be alone

As if a voice in me is calling
Heart beats faster and I'm quickly fading
All the pain, loss and sorrow
wondering if there will be a better tomorrow

Stars will dance, will dance around us
Telling us were not so alone
Telling us we don't have to be alone
So if You can, please hold on
And please don't easily let go

ITS FUNNY HOW LIFE WORKS.

the more you try to shut off/close doors/avoid people...community always finds a way to find you. you can live expecting to be alone unless you're the only person in the world...there are around 6 billion + people, it is inevitable that you'll bump into one...our ability or inability to prevent people from being part of our lives directly relates to our personal perspective on life itself...but regardless wether we chose to be alone or be with the rest or the world, we are people of relationship...we need to relate to another...all our life choices/decision is affected by the relationship we chose to keep or let go...choose building bridges over building islands..choose opening doors instead of closing them...choose community and see if that doesn't make our world a more better place to live...thanks

SOMETIMES, WE DON'T MAKE SENSE.

what if we put our good intentions to actions...what if what we do on sundays reflect our daily decisions...its like the verse that says `looking at a mirror and then forgetting what you look like'...a question comes to mind is `How?' like somewhere in between the mind and the hands seems to get lost in transmission..like there is something that always get in the way of `good intentions'....could it be laziness, could it be distractions or it could be the lack of accountability...we don't put enough pressure on ourselves or each other to do something about it..i'm not talking about bad pressure but good ones, kinda like the pressure to to do something bigger than our own...i don't know maybe i'm just mumbling words and connecting grammar mistakes but i feel like we've grown a generation of `que sera, sera'..`the future not ours to see'...i think that our future as an individual and as a society is a definite result of what we do NOW! we are moved by great speeches..moved by stories of pain, hunger and survival..but that's all we are, WE ARE JUST SIMPLY MOVED, nothing more...we dream of a better world, without looking for ways to make our world better...we speak of ideas and programs without having the sense to follow through...we have become stagnant and filled ourselves with `good intentions'...somewhere in between the 9-5 life and the television, somewhere in between the church service and youth groups..somewhere in between our dreams and goals there has to be more...we have chosen to settle, we have lived the comfort and drank the wine of consumerism...we filled ourselves with all the `good things' but what if we start to act upon the very idea of giving...what if we start to care more of whats happening outside the walls and look globally, instead of political dramas, what if we just do it just because it was the right thing to do...if you have the faith, at least have enough integrity to do something...it doesn't have to be big but just do something...do it because it bothers you, do it because it gives hope to another human being..just do something...i guess we're all in the same boat, you and i...we mean well yet do opposite or we just simply don't care enough to just simply stop our busyness and help another in need...lets choose the better and spread love where it needs...there was this quote in a book that says `that maybe we are the hands that is suppose to stop the bleeding'..i don't have to look too far to see that our world is slowly bleeding to death, so lets be it..let's be the hands God intended us to be, together.

i just had to put this here just for fun, just as an illustration on how sometimes, we contradict ourselves! have a good day.

GLEE!

this is definitely my new show. i watched the first episode right after AI and i was hooked...the show kinda reminded of those stupid comedy with substance, like the ones you watch in the theater and kinda somewhat translate to real life to some degree...for one its funny (stereotypical funny at times, but its a show..i think its suppose to be) two it has values, in an amusing sense...i only hope it lives up to the hype..it has been getting rave reviews and i am pumped to sorta follow this one, hopefully i will have enough time of the day actually watch it but we'll see...till fall junkies!!live on.

Ummm that's OIL MONEY FOR YA!

Kinda Trippy, in a good way!

Like Falling In Love (All Over Again)

by: joshua ombao

to feel your love, I'm breathing again
like fresh wind that blows through these rough terrain
how gently your hands sweeps through my stories untold
like forever can be tonight if i have you to hold

love me oh love me love me all over again

its funny how stars shine brighter at night
reminds that i rather have you in my darkest of nights
like gravity your pulling me, pulling me closer
and I'm falling all over, all over again

love me oh love me love me all over again
if i haven't said enough then maybe I'd show them instead
love me oh love me love me all over again
if i haven't said enough then maybe I'd show them instead

oh your kiss like rain on my face
how it quickly fills these empty space
oh your touch, your touch like the sun
how it quickly turns my gray skies around
oh you love, your love love love
i have no words to say
but it looks like i'm falling
falling all over again.

Jersey Handshake:
valuable lessons in keeping promises

this weekend i had the opportunity to go see `jersey boys'. let me just say that if haven't seen this or experience it, go buy a ticket and be blown away. if you are into music, friendship and life in general then you will definitely enjoy this show. by the way, this is not a pitch whatsoever for you to go see the show, its more than that. there was this certain scene/monologue from one of the character saying `this all started from a single handshake, no more than 20yrs ago, no fancy words on contract but just a simple jersey handshake'..which got me thinking...how often these days do we deal with promises or deals or contracts with just `simple handshakes'..are we that untrustworthy, or are we simply people who ends up breaking it for god knows what reasons or excuses....yes, i get it, we are not perfect and eventually we will let people down and i guess that is why we write contracts so that i guess in the end, we can sue them for it...but what would our world become if we become people who are actually `man of our words'...what if we become the friend who keep his/her promise regardless...what if business honors the words that say on the ads or commercial..and no strings attached...what if politicians actually meant what they say and keep it...hmm that'll be the day!hahah BUT WHAT IF! maybe, just maybe our world would be a better place...i am still earning this and by no means i am an expert but there were times when i said about being someplace and not be there or help a friend and be completely forgo about it...yes we can all learn from our mistakes and by no means this is an encouragement to make more promises...this is a lesson of actually keeping that promise, be a man or woman of our words..that when we say `we'll be there, then we'll be there'...let's be more than the words we say...let us `walk the talk'...let us do what we set out to do...our human history is shaped by doers and not just talkers....so let us be better friends by keeping our promises...let us be better workers/business people/politicians by having integrity and a reputation of being trustworthy...let us shape this planet not just by our good intentions but also by our good works.

We must not promise what we ought not, lest we be called on to perform what we cannot. ~Abraham Lincoln
